First Notice of Annual Meeting and Board Election

On Monday, November 16th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Associations Management Company Lobby, located at 5600 S.W. 135th Avenue, Suite # 108, Miami, Florida 33183, the annual meeting of the Association will be held for, among other purposes, electing directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
After this First Notice you will receive a Second Notice of Annual Meeting which Notice will specify the agenda and advice of other important information concerning the annual meeting.
Qualifying for the Board
On or before Friday, October 2nd, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. you must give written notice, either by mail, in person, or fax, to the Association of your desire to run for the Board, addressed to the Association’s mailing address: 5600 S.W. 135 Avenue, Suite # 108, Miami, Florida 33183.
The attached “Notice of Intent to be a Candidate for The Board” may be used for that purpose. You may also submit an information sheet, no larger than 8.5 inches by 11 inches, containing your qualifications and/or platform for office, by the same deadline. The information sheet and ballots will be mailed to voting members at least 14 days before the annual meeting.
The original notice includes the candidate intent form and the Condominium Association Candidate Certification Form.
