Management of Sunrise Gardens and Unauthorized Representation

Please be advised that Sunrise Gardens currently has a valid management agreement with South Florida Property Management. South Florida Property Management has neither resigned from its management responsibilities nor transferred management or control of the Association.
All unit owners should continue to make their Association payments directly to the management office. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests for clarification regarding the management or operation of the Association, please contact the office by telephone or email:

Special Assessment Meeting
The recent special assessment meeting became disorderly and, as a result, was not productive. Consequently, the proposed special assessment was not approved. As of September 17, 2026, the office has not received any additional estimates or proposals.
It has come to the Association鈥檚 attention that Ms. Nicole Hernandez and Mr. Jose Manuel Vega have represented themselves as members of the Board of Directors without a duly conducted election or authorization from the Association鈥檚 management. Owners are asked to rely only on official written communications issued by South Florida Property Management.

Reuni贸n sobre la cuota especial
La reciente reuni贸n sobre la cuota especial se volvi贸 desordenada y, como resultado, no fue productiva. Por lo tanto, la cuota especial propuesta no fue aprobada. A la fecha del 17 de septiembre de 2026, la oficina no ha recibido ning煤n presupuesto ni propuesta adicional.
Se ha tenido conocimiento de que la Sra. Nicole Hernandez y el Sr. Jose Manuel Vega se han presentado como miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Asociaci贸n sin que se haya llevado a cabo una elecci贸n debidamente realizada ni se haya obtenido la autorizaci贸n correspondiente. Se solicita a los propietarios que se basen 煤nicamente en las comunicaciones oficiales por escrito emitidas por South Florida Property Management.
