Association Management Update

South Florida Property Management continues to be the duly registered management company of the Association and maintains valid authority and responsibility for its administration. South Florida Property Management has neither resigned from nor transferred management of the Association to any other party.

Unit owners should continue sending their Association payments to the management company, as previously instructed.

If you possess competitive bids or proposals for any necessary work within the Association, please submit them directly to the management office. The office will review the proposals and, when appropriate, facilitate a meeting to discuss them.

Please rely on official communications from South Florida Property Management regarding the management and operation of the Association.

South Florida Property Management contin煤a siendo la compa帽铆a administradora debidamente registrada de la Asociaci贸n y mantiene su autoridad y responsabilidades con respecto a la administraci贸n de la misma. South Florida Property Management no ha renunciado a la administraci贸n de la Asociaci贸n ni ha transferido dicha administraci贸n a ninguna otra persona o entidad.

Los propietarios deben continuar enviando sus pagos de la Asociaci贸n a la compa帽铆a administradora, de acuerdo con las instrucciones proporcionadas anteriormente.

Si han obtenido cotizaciones competitivas o propuestas para trabajos que consideren necesarios para la Asociaci贸n, soliciten respetuosamente que dichas propuestas sean enviadas directamente a la oficina. La oficina revisar谩 las propuestas y, cuando corresponda, facilitar谩 una reuni贸n para discutirlas y evaluarlas.
